Before you Create An Account

if you are a CPMA member or previous member, or if you have attended an event with CPMA, you already have an account in our system. Please do not create a new account!

In order for you to receive member rates on our conference and other events, you must sign in with your existing member account.

We have set up a query below for you to see if you already exist in our system and if so, the email address we have on file for you. The email is masked for your security. Simply enter your first name and last name and click Find.

If your email is in our system and you haven't yet created a username, you can use the Forgot Username? link here and enter the email address on file and our system will send you a link to create your website credentials. If your email already exists in our system you will not be able to create a new account.

First Name - Include ONLY your FIRST name
Middle Name - Include ONLY your MIDDLE name
Last Name - Include ONLY your LAST name
Designation - DPM, PMA, MD, CPED, etc.
Informal name - Bob for Robert, Rick for Richard, etc.
